Cold winter months in Park City demand more than just a solid roof—they require systems that keep ice and snow from damaging your property.
Recently, our team installed a standing seam metal roof on a sauna, paired with commercial-grade high voltage heat cable to protect areas prone to ice buildup, including the roof over the office and the valley above the bedroom porch.

Ensuring Safety and Efficiency with Heat Cable
Ice dams and heavy snow can compromise roofs and gutters, creating hazards for both the structure and the people inside. We installed 500 linear feet of heat cable, exceeding the original 200-foot estimate, to ensure complete coverage.
Our team carefully integrated the system with the electrical panel, adding a 30-amp commercial-grade breaker and connecting it to the third-story junction box. This allows the heat cables to operate safely and efficiently, keeping gutters and valleys clear.
Expert Roof and Gutter Installation: Why Professional Help Matters
Alongside the heat cable, we installed new gutters and downspouts designed to handle the added weight of snow and ice runoff. Properly tying these components into the existing roof system prevents leaks and ensures long-term performance.
We also detached and re-strung the original heat cable, following precise patterns to maximize coverage and effectiveness. Every connection was tested to ensure reliability.
Standing seam metal roofs offer durability and low maintenance, but their performance relies on expert installation.
Incorrectly installed heat cable or gutters can result in ice dams, leaks, and costly repairs. Our team ensures that every project meets high standards, combining quality materials with professional workmanship.
